Tara and Meg were very attentive to our preferences and constantly checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable with the process. They guided us through every nap, false start and challenging night. Their communication was excellent which allowed us to ask questions in real time and adapt our approach quickly when a soothing technique or specific timing wasn’t working. We highly recommend Meg and Tara to anyone looking to improve their child’s sleep.

Tara was fantastic at helping us guide our little one back to self settling. Very accommodating especially with us not wanting to drop bottles just yet (we are slowly working towards that) and working a plan to fit our family. Tara was great with communication no matter what time or day, and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the trouble shooting and knowledge she provided to help us get back some much needed sleep.

In the space of two or three weeks, our daughter went from being fed to sleep and waking up 5-6 times a night to sleeping 12 hours overnight and going to sleep independently!
