1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking consultations, or purchasing services (collectively, “Services”) from Hello Sleep, you agree to these Terms. Services include video/phone consultations, sleep plans, webinars, and support packages.
2. Services Overview
We offer:
Hello Sleep (2-week support)
Hello Reset (1-week support)
Hello Baby (3 prepaid non-refundable phone calls, valid for 1 year)
Hello Answers (30-min call for existing clients)
Hello Roadmap (45-min call + sleep plan)
Hello Insight (webinar series)
Hello Feedback (45-min call + follow-up email)
Support periods (1-2 weeks) begin immediately after consultation and cannot be paused. Rescheduling is at consultant discretion.
Gift certificates must be used within two years from purchase
3. Payment Terms
Full payment required upfront for all packages.
Non-refundable policy: Fees are final once services commence. Exceptions apply only under Australian Consumer Law (e.g., major failure of service).
Hello Baby calls expire 12 months after purchase.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling: Requires 48 hours’ notice. Late requests may incur a 25% fee.
Support pauses: Not permitted. If extenuating circumstances arise (e.g., hospitalisation), we may offer a discounted Hello Answers session.
No-shows: Forfeited sessions without refund.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Consult a GP to rule out medical conditions affecting sleep training, and, where relevant, phase out nighttime feedings.
Update Hello Sleep about health changes
Disclose all child health information that could affect sleep (e.g., allergies, diagnoses).
Follow safe sleep guidelines (e.g., Red Nose Australia/AAP standards).
Not redistribute sleep plans, webinars, or materials (intellectual property).
6. Liability & Disclaimers
Not medical advice: Our Services complement but don’t replace medical care, and sleep consultants can not treat medical conditions.
No guaranteed outcomes: Results depend on individual circumstances; outcomes rely on parental consistency and following plans and advice. Hello Sleep retains the rights to modify plans if initial strategies prove ineffective.
Limitation of liability: Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.
We carry professional indemnity/public liability insurance.
7. Termination clauses
Support may end immediately if:
Clients reintroduce old sleep habits
Threatening/uncooperative behavior occurs
Medical issues arise mid-program
8. Privacy and testimonials
Clients opt-in via signed terms allowing anonymized use of their data for educational, training, or marketing purposes
Anonymization Protocols: removal of identifiers (names changed), data aggregation (case details blended with other client stories to prevent individual recognition)
In compliance with Privacy Act 1988
No compensation for case study participation
9. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Your Statutory Rights under the ACL apply. For major service failures, you may cancel and request a refund for unused portions.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governed by laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes resolved in local courts. Contact:
